These terms and conditions have been last updated. apk8b may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
1 Introduction & Acceptance
The following terms apply to all users.
1.1 — Scope of Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the apk8b platform and all its services. By accessing apk8b through its website, mobile version, or any other channel, or by opening an account, you automatically agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are also inseparably linked to these Terms. In case of conflict, the main Terms shall take precedence.
apk8b is a secure and reliable online gaming platform. We use SSL encryption and ensure fair play to give all users the opportunity to play in a protected environment. Our goal is to create a transparent, trustworthy, and enjoyable gaming experience for players in Bangladesh.
1.2 — Language & Interpretation
These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is final and binding. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali text shall prevail. apk8b always strives to make the terms clearly understandable. If you have difficulty understanding any term, please contact the support team.
2 Eligibility Requirements
Before opening an account, make sure you meet all of the following conditions.
2.1 — Age & Identity
- Only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account and play on apk8b.
- It is each user's responsibility to provide accurate and genuine personal information.
- If required, apk8b may verify age and identity through a national identity card or other valid documents.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
2.2 — One Person, One Account
Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited. Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
2.3 — Restricted Persons
Employees of apk8b, their close relatives, and appointed representatives may not bet or play games on this platform. Additionally, any person whose account has previously been cancelled or suspended may not open a new account.
3 Account Management
The following information is important for safe account management.
3.1 — Account Registration
When registering on apk8b, you must provide accurate name, contact information, and payment details. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds. It is the user's responsibility to promptly notify the support team of any changes to their information.
3.2 — Login & Security
Keep your password confidential. Do not allow anyone else to use your account.
If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify support immediately.
The account holder will be personally responsible for all activity carried out on the account.
3.3 — Account Closure & Suspension
apk8b reserves the right to close or suspend an account without notice in the following cases: violation of the Terms, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, use of bots or automated software, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
Users may also voluntarily request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the opportunity to withdraw any legitimately held balance will be provided, however bonus balances will be forfeited.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 — Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).
- Deposited funds may only be used for playing games on apk8b.
- When making a deposit, use the correct account number and reference. apk8b is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
- Third-party deposits are prohibited — only deposits from the user's own payment account will be accepted.
4.2 — Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Completing wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus funds is mandatory.
- Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed in processing until identity verification is complete.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
The terms of all bonus offers are clearly stated here.
5.1 — Welcome Bonus
apk8b offers new users a 100% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. Or if you deposit ৳12,000 you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳17,000.
This bonus applies only to the first deposit and can be received once per account.
5.2 — Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount (not on deposit + bonus). The current requirement is 10x wagering.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- There is a set time limit for completing wagering requirements. If not completed within the time limit, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Some games may contribute at different rates toward wagering calculations — details can be obtained from the support team.
- Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will be cancelled immediately.
5.3 — Right to Modify Bonuses
apk8b reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Reasonable notice will be given for changes to ongoing bonuses. Promotional offers are subject only to the terms in effect at the time of announcement.
6 VIP Program

Users may advance to higher tiers based on regular activity and betting history. Detailed criteria for tier progression can be obtained from the support team. Cashback benefits are provided each week based on eligible wagers. apk8b reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.
7 Betting & Gaming Rules
Follow these rules to ensure a fair playing environment.
7.1 — General Betting Rules
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Rounds affected by technical errors or game issues may be declared void and bets will be refunded.
- Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence is strictly prohibited.
- apk8b's designated market rules apply to all sports betting, including cricket, football, and kabaddi.
7.2 — Outcome Determination
The outcome of all games is determined by an impartial and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). apk8b is committed to ensuring fair play and maintaining the integrity of games. If you have any dispute about a result, notify the support team immediately — disputes are generally resolved within 7 days.
7.3 — Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and accounts will be closed if detected:
- Placing opposing bets across different accounts to convert a bet into a guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit (arbitrage).
- Creating artificial betting patterns for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
- Intentionally exploiting game errors or vulnerabilities.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 — Self-Control Tools

10 Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
The boundaries of liability between apk8b and the user.
10.1 — apk8b's Limited Liability
apk8b is not liable for losses caused by: the user's own internet connection issues, delays or errors by third-party payment providers, losses caused by the user's own account security failures, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). apk8b always strives to keep services stable, however some extraordinary circumstances may temporarily affect operations.
10.2 — Dispute Resolution Process
First, submit a dispute via the support email ([email protected]) or through live chat.
The apk8b support team will review the dispute and respond within a set timeframe.
If the dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, there is the option to seek resolution through independent mediation.
10.3 — Severability of Terms
If any part of these Terms becomes unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. Any delay by apk8b in enforcing a term will not be considered a waiver of that term.
